Here at Rise Park, amongst the many languages spoken within our school community, all our children have the opportunity to learn Spanish in curriculum time. Due to its importance as a global language, we believe learning Spanish plays a key role in supporting our children in their Knowledge of the World and appreciating the Diversity of other countries and cultures; a fact which is supported by our international school partnerships with schools in Colombia and Pakistan.
We are also proud of our commitment to the teaching and learning of Global Citizenship Values, which are widely explored across our school curriculum. We have received the International School Award twice for our work in this area and are thrilled to announce that, after much hard work from our children and staff, we have been awarded Reaccreditation of this prestigious award from the British Council from 2021-2024!
